What we store
- Subscribers: email address, your keywords, payment order id and payment status. We never see or store wallet keys or card details; payment is handled by NOWPayments.
- Business contacts we have emailed: shop name, the public business email address shown on the shop or its website, the page where we found it, product categories and the dates we emailed.
- Free signups: the email address and keywords you enter in the signup form, and the date.
- Opt-out list: email addresses that asked not to be contacted, kept permanently so we never email them again.
- Page views: an anonymous count of which page was viewed, the date, the referring website's domain name and the country (from Cloudflare's network, not your IP address, which we don't store). No cookies, no IP address, no device fingerprint. Nothing is recorded if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
What we use it for
Only to send recall alerts, process payments, and honour opt-outs. We do not sell or share data, except with the service providers needed to run the service (email delivery: a transactional email provider, to be named here once chosen; payments: NOWPayments; hosting: Cloudflare).
How long
Subscriber data is kept while you subscribe and deleted within 30 days after you cancel, except records we must keep for tax purposes. Contacts who never subscribe are deleted after 90 days, except the opt-out list.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Opt out of all email at the opt-out page.
